Anticipatory Grief

Serenity will be hosting a speaker from Hospice this Friday for information on Anticipatory Grief. The goal of the session is to define the anticpatory grief and dispel associated myths, explore different types of anticipatory loss, identify challenges and issues of individuals & families dealing with grief..

The presenter is Carrie Stenseth, M.S., LPC, CT & Bereavment Specialist from Hospice of the Red River Valley. This speaker is open to EVERYONE. There will be a free will offering meal of BBQ's & fish sandwiches to follow.

Serenity Personal Care Attendant, Rebecca Aakre, recently got accepted into graduate school. She has decided to attend the University of South Dakta in Vermillion. Becca will be participating in a 28-month Physical Assistant (P.A.) program at the beginning of August! We are SO proud of her! Congratulations, Becca!
